I'm fine obeying the rules so we can be safe, I was a little annoyed that no one was asking anyone other than being reminded over the speakers. . .I did see ONE person get their bag randomly checked but that was it.wendysuehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06972358449380700170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14055790.post-1156541550338567012006-08-25T16:32:00.000-05:002006-08-25T16:32:00.000-05:00My brother was on business in NYC (from Boise) whe...My brother was on business in NYC (from Boise) when the new terrorist scare happened. It really delayed his flights and he had to stop half-way home to spend the night before finishing his trip. I think New York is the worst place to be when something like that happens. My other brother was on his way to Singapore and I guess, internationally, it was a nightmare as well.
But, I'm with you. If I sticking with all the rules, I want some recognition for it.This is mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04029222863413761445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14055790.post-1156472596993021292006-08-24T21:23:00.000-05:002006-08-24T21:23:00.000-05:00Utah is much nicer; they let you mail your stuff b...Utah is much nicer; they let you mail your stuff back. I got to mail back some cuticle scissors.

My in-laws flew out of Richmond, VA about three weeks ago and they had to throw away so much stuff. Even a new bottle of perfume she bought out here. We didn't even hear about that, "no liquids" thing till after they got home and told us.Holliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15911081592139463711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14055790.post-1156439711386271712006-08-24T12:15:00.000-05:002006-08-24T12:15:00.000-05:00The same thing happened to us but in reverse. And EVERY time we travel, he always forgets to leave it in the car and security takes it. After about the 5th time of buying a new pocket knife, I told him I would put it in my purse and see what happens.

Security didn't find it!! I was secretly hoping they would just so I would have more faith in the new system and all the people hired to make it happen.

Okay, now you all know what a horrible person I am... that I would bring a pocket knife onto a plane....Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14403157216779643197noreply@blogger.com
